Are you interested in meal preparation for 1 week?
Meal prep will include breakfast, lunch, 2 snacks a day & dinner for $150. I'll be willing to add dessert or drinks at your request for additional cost.
Some of the items for meal prep will include but are not limited to:
For breakfast orders:
- Ham, bacon, or sausage sandwich melts (hashbrown, eggs and cheese will be on sandwich unless requested otherwise)
- Breakfast Burritos (your choice of meat (ham, bacon, or sausage), hashbrown, eggs and cheese, and Sautéed veggies of choice
- Loaded Buscuits (sausage and gravy)
- Chicken & Waffles 🧇
- Mini pancakes, sausage links and eggs
For dinner orders:
- Your choice of entrees & sides
Entress: Meat loaf, bbq baked chicken, spaghetti, chicken/ shrimp Alfredo, and Chicken Fried Chicken.
Sides: Green beans, cabbage, Brocolli, Mac/Cheese, mashed potatoes, corn on the Cobb, and smothered rice.
Additional sides: Rolls or Cornbread included with dinner meals
For lunch orders:
- Chipotle bowls with 2 proteins, veggies, cheese, beans, and rice
- Sub sandwiches with your choice of meat (turkey, ham, chicken, bacon), your choice of cheese (American, Swiss, provolone, and cheeder), and it choice of veggies, (lettece, tomato, pickle, spinach, banana peppers, olives, onion, etc bellpeppers).
- Fried rice dinner (includes 2 proteins and 2 veggies)
- Burger Sliders (meat, cheese, bacon, lettece, tomato) x3 per order
- 8 pc chicken wings (with your choice of flavor and dipping sauce) & Loaded fries
Snaxk orders:
- Fruit Salad
- Yogurt & granola x2 per order
- Loaded salad (all options from sandwich order) and your choice of dressing.
