Pop Pop Doc's Pop Pop Doc's is homemade Peanut Brittle that is made only with Texas Peanuts and Imperial Pure Cane Sugar. It is truly "Brittle you can sink your teeth into."

Pop Pop Doc was born in Comanche, Texas in 1918. His family moved to Fort Worth 1930 where he later graduated from Paschal High School. He then attended University of Texas in Austin and then to the Baylor School of Dentistry in Dallas. He met the woman of his dreams and married shortly after he graduated from Baylor School of Dentistry. Five months after he married he was called to active duty wi

th the U.S. Navy. During WWII he served on the USS Navy ship Argonne for 2 years in the South Pacific. When he returned from the war he settled in Fort Worth, Texas. He & his wife were blessed with three children. He always made sure they were familiar with his roots, the country life. He began making peanut brittle with peanuts he purchased after Quail hunts in Comanche, Texas. When giving Peanut Brittle to family and friends, he taped a tooth brush to the gift bag to remind folks to brush their teeth after enjoying. Through the years he has perfected his recipe until it truly is "brittle you can sink your teeth into!"
