My peach trees hardly have any peaches on them, we have lost at least 30 peach trees. Last summer our 2 pumps went out and they didn’t get enough water, we had to use gallon milk jugs to water, 2 gallons per tree , it just wasn’t enough, I think that hurt them this year. Our plum trees has nothing on them, it doesn’t look like a good year🥲

They are all winter plants in pots and I have one section that I planted seeds.I also have an outside garden and raised beds with squash, tomatoes, peppers, carrots. The armadillo kept coming in and destroying it so I found a bunch of fencing and other thins to keep him out and it’s flourishing.

This is some of what I’m growing here at the orchard, just picked my first squash, tomatoes are doing great, peas, okra and canteloupe are coming up, hoping the deer and rabbits stay out of it .my chickens are loving the kale. Found my first rat snake in my chicken pen, heart attack, I know they are good for killing rats but it is eating my eggs. Found and killed my first squash bugs, found their eggs on my leaves and removed them but I know it’s a losing battle. I’m looking forward to the rain, ground had started drying out. There are a few apples and peaches that made it thru the record freeze but a very few. So far it’s been a great spring👩‍🌾🐛🪰🌺🌿🌳
