Skip the oven and fire up the grill this 🌶

Made with rich cream cheese, melty cheddar, and our organic sour cream, these creamy stuffed peppers are sure to be Dad's new favorite summer snack, and by grilling them, you'll add a little extra char and smokey flavor 🔥

Simply heat your grill to medium heat (about 375–400°F). Stuff the peppers with the filling, place them on the grill, close the lid, and cook for 8–12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. We recommend using a grill basket or place foil on the grates, if possible.

This past weekend, we partnered with our friends at Holiday Market to serve scoops of our premium ice cream at Taste Of Redding 🍨😋 Over 1,500 attendees got to experience local food, wine, craft beer, and live music 🎶

💙 Proceeds from the event went to The Rotary Club of Redding West, a non-profit organization that supports local students, community events, and improvement projects. Proud to have been a part of it!
