Sip into summer with our Boozy Blueberry Peach Lemonade. Juicy ripe peaches and sweet blueberry syrup swirl into crisp, tart lemonade for a cocktail that's equal parts vibrant and irresistible. It’s the kind of drink you’ll want to keep pouring all summer long. 🫐🍑☀️

*To make:

Add peach slices to a shaker tin, muddle. Add vodka, blueberry syrup, lemonade, and ice and shake vigorously. Double stain into a glass over ice and enjoy!

Friday Night Markets are back and the vibes are unmatched! 🫶🙌

This week marks the second Friday Night Market of the season, and there are still plenty more to enjoy all summer long. Every Friday from 5:30–8:30pm in Old Town Eureka, you'll find Humboldt's largest collection of local artisans, makers, food vendors, live music, and street performances spread across multiple stages.

Infusions are one of the easiest ways to bring fresh, seasonal flavor into your favorite cocktails. As gardens start filling in, many of you will soon have cucumbers, mint, berries, citrus, and other fresh ingredients growing right at home. 🌿🥒

Simply add your ingredients of choice to a jar with vodka and let it infuse until it reaches your desired flavor.

For this one, we kept it simple with a cucumber mint infusion... crisp, refreshing, and perfect for warmer days ahead. Just top with soda water and a squeeze of fresh lime for an easy cocktail that feels fresh without requiring much effort at all. 🍸✨
