Apple season has officially arrived on the North Coast. With our town’s big apple festival happening this weekend, it felt like the perfect time to pour something that celebrates one of fall’s favorite flavors.

Apple Crisp Mule 🍎
1.5oz Humboldt Vodka
1oz Apple Crisp Syrup
Ginger B**r

---------

Apple Crisp Syrup 🍏
1 sliced Honey Crisp apple
1 cup brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
1/2 cup apple c***r
1/2 cup water

*Add all ingredients to a pot. Simmer for 15 minutes. Strain before use. Enjoy for up to 7-10 days refrigerated

Our Organic Spiced Rum starts with the real thing: whole spices. We make our own spice extracts in-house using carefully selected, certified organic spices. No synthetic flavors here, just real whole ingredients and a little time. It’s what gives our spiced rum those warm, aromatic notes that make it such a natural fit for the season. 🍂

It's fall, y'all! Our organic spiced rum is infused with spices like whole organic cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Our favorite way to drink it this time of year: mixed with Clendenen's C***r Works apple c***r and a squeeze of lemon!

It’s fall, and it’s time to make the delicious, simple, and seasonal cocktail we return to year after year. Simply mix Humboldt Organic Spiced Rum with apple c***r, and add a good squeeze of lemon to balance out the sweetness. Cheers!

Tomorrow is California Coastal Cleanup Day 🌊

There are so many great cleanups happening across the state, but you don’t have to attend an official event to make a difference. Head to your favorite beach, park, trail, or neighborhood and pick up a little more than you came with.

Every piece of litter collected is one less piece making its way into our waterways and ocean. 💙

Grab a pair of gloves, a bucket, and a friend, and get out there! 💪♻️

This Saturday, September 19, is California Coastal Cleanup Day! 🌊 There are plenty of opportunities right here in Humboldt County to get involved and help keep our beaches clean.

This year marks the 42nd annual California Coastal Cleanup Day, California’s largest annual volunteer event. Humboldt County has a long history of coastal stewardship, with local cleanup efforts dating back to 1979 when community members helped launch what became the Beach Beautification Project. More than 40 years later, that same spirit of caring for our coast continues.

Can’t make it to a cleanup this Saturday? No problem! Check out the list for additional cleanup opportunities happening throughout the rest of Coastal Cleanup Month.

And don’t forget, we still have a limited number of buckets and gloves available for pickup here at Humboldt Distillery, Monday – Thursday, 9AM–5PM.
