If you’ve been following along, you’ve met many of the incredible ranchers and team members who make Painted Hills Natural Beef what it is. Now, let me introduce myself: I’m Micha, Director of Operations & Brand Strategy.

Nearly 13 years and a dozen different "hats" later, my favorite part of this job hasn't changed. Supporting American ranchers and agriculture. Seeing firsthand how our animals are truly cared for and experiencing how this company operates like a family unit is what keeps me inspired to pour my heart into this work day after day.

Working with all the moving parts and people it takes to bring safe, high-quality food to tables across the nation, and sharing our story is deeply fulfilling. I’m honored to play a part in it. Thanks for being on this journey with us!
