I took alittle time to myself tonight to put the dogs in the training pen. After a winter of chores only, I figured a refresher may be needed before I try taking either dog "to town" (in public on stock lol). I try to keep them correct even doing regular chore work but its still a bit different doing that work versus training pen work. They suprised me and were actually very sharp!! It felt good to be back out training💜 hoping for more opportunities to spend the evening like this🥰

Everyone is finally outside for the season!! I have the best helpers who just LOVE to give the chickens some treats🥰 Who needs some chickies!?!? I have about 120 hatching this weekend and while some are spoken for and im keeping some too, I certainly cant keep them all.....🙈

Both Swedish Flower Hens and Bantam Cochins (smooth and frizzle) will be available!

Hard to believe just a few days ago it was 50 degrees! We have 18 inches and counting from this storm🤦‍♀️ Welcome to northern Minnesota! 😅The dogs were happy until they got locked in a spot in the mudroom to dry off!
