Hens & Hee-Haws Farm

10/04/2026

Hello farm fam, and welcome back to this extra special episode of MEET THE CREW! We were definitely not anticipating this one, and I’m sure that we were more surprised than anyone to find out that we gained not one, not two, but SIX new crew members this weekend!

Our sweet little MeiMei blessed us by hatching out six new chicks, much to our surprise. We found our sweet girl in the barn with a suspicious number of little chirps coming from underneath her. She has been the best mommy and guards her babies fiercely. Much to her chagrin, we did have to move her to the brooder box to keep any wild predators from getting her and her darling little floof-balls. But mommy and babies have settled in and now we wait to see how many more roosters I end up with! 🤣🤣🤣

Thank you guys for stopping by and celebrating our sweet little babies with us. We will keep you updated as they grow.

Today, on this episode of MEET THE CREW, we would like to introduce the fluffiest butt in the hut - Pancake.

This big beauty is so very sweet and just walks around living her best life. She minds her own business, unlike some chickens I know (I’m looking at you Mojo Jojo). And doesn’t she look beautiful while doing it, Ladies and Gentlemen? Not sure of her breed but who doesn’t like feathered feet chickens? No one, that’s who.

She is so grateful that you stopped by to say hello and hopes y’all come back soon!

Delivering tomorrow - Chocolate Drop Candy, Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls with Coffee Caramel, and Blackberry Cobbler.

I know I missed last week’s MEET THE CREW…again. I feel awful about it, but you know - life. But we are back, and boy howdy do we have a treat for you! We would like to introduce my anniversary present- Peanut Butter and Jelly! Two of the prettiest geese to ever goose.

These two absolutely live in each other’s pockets and will not even think of being more than just a few steps apart. They are sweetest things and love long chats. They still haven’t managed to figure out their little duck friends yet, but we are hopeful they will start getting along soon.

We are thankful that you guys have stopped by to meet this precious babies and hope you come back next week!

I know, I know, I was slacking last week and totally missed an episode of MEET THE CREW! Well, we cannot allow that to happen this week. So, to honor the passing of the dear, sweet Dolly Parton, we would like to introduce you to the crew member that was named after her.

Everyone, meet Dolly. Dolly is Jeff’s other girlfriend, and, as you can see, a very pretty girl. This sweet gal likes to be reminded just how pretty and fancy she is on the daily, so we make sure to coo at her every chance we get. The really interesting part, this sweetie has heterochromia - one blue eye and one brown eye. I told you she is a looker.

Thank you for stopping by and meeting another member of our crew.
