Good morning all. We want to take a moment to look into next seasons specialty options . Starting for the 2026-2027 season we will only offer the following specialty items with No deviations. We will offer summer sausage cheese and peppers with no minimum . For cheese only and original there will be a minimum set at a later date. For our link sausage we will only offer the original flavor . Our jerky will only be available in a standard flavor as well . We will offer our bologna again with no minimum. There will be no change to our burritos. As far as standard processing there will be a few changes to our cuts . There is a charge per on for sliced non cooked jerky, stew meat and deer tips. Prices for those will be set at a later date as well . We will not take any frozen quartered deer at any time . If you must quarter a deer do NOT soak it in ice water as we won’t be able to take it . We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at any time . Any deer brought from another state must be completely deboned and any deer brought from another state to our shop for taxidermy must be caped and the skull plate capped . We will not take any deer from out of state with bone in or head complete . Any deer harvested in Alabama that will cross state lines will be prepared accordingly as well .
