This week at the Haus! We've got Kölsch service running all day today and through Thursday! World Cup games all day! Tuesday is Trivia - huge turnout last week! Wednesday is Music Bingo with Iconic 90's! Thursday back with Mestila's burgers, dogs, and tacos and 4-pack discounts! Friday we have live music with Max Tovstyi! CITRA SALOON (6.6%)
We love using advanced hop products, so we decided to pick one of our favorite hop varietals and apply some of our favorite products into a Hazy IPA. We use a lot of Citra, so we saw it fitting to start there. Our Citra lot this year comes from Jackson Farms in Idaho, and it has a beautiful sweet tangerine note that sets the stage in the whirlpool, then we layered in a bunch of Citra Incognito, and double dry-hopped with our new Idaho Citra, Citra Cryo, and Citra Quantum Brite.
Available on draft and in cans at noon! 💀🍊🍻

Jai Graves is a seasoned Arizona-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist bringing raw Americana with a Southwest backbone—think percussive guitar and a low resonant vocal that fill the room in the best way. He started performing at 18 in Lexington, refined his sound in Detroit, and has played across major music hubs (LA, Chicago, New York, Austin, Nashville) before settling into the desert and leaning fully into that boots-and-hat grit-and-grace. He was honored with a Rising Star Award in 2025—perfect energy for a Bone Haus night.
