Last weekend’s event was a lot of fun. Tried a new set up this time and table looked nice but I think I’ll go back to my other strawberry stand and put my big cookies in the case next time!

Valentine’s week was a busy one for sure. We had just moved into a new kitchen, oven kept overcooking brownies, cookies spread all over the place so the couple cookie kit orders I did have had to be substituted for something else. I made way too many cake pops. Even with a helper and working 14-16 hour days I was late on delivery for several orders. Someone grabbed the wrong box and it cost me over $60 in replacement and 90 minutes of time I did not have as I had to rush down to Fountain from North Springs while a very understanding first time customer waited patiently for me.
It was definitely not my smoothest running V-Day ex*****on. I’m not too upset about that though. We put out almost 50 orders, had 30 new customers and with the exception of that one guy (ironically the one who did get his box on time) I think everybody was happy with the final product.
Thank you to everyone who supported my small business and please know that I recognize our short comings and will be working hard to fix them and have things run more smoothly in the future. 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓

Been a hectic couple weeks moving to a new kitchen right before Valentine’s Day but I’m so excited by this produce washing station! I would spend hours soaking berries in vinegar, then plain water, then double rinsing to make sure no weird taste was on them. This lets me do about 8 lbs at once, soak for 5 minutes and lift to strain then I can start the next round. Totally a game changer. Fresh sanitized berries for the win 🍓🍓🍓
