Hey guys! We had knockout days Friday and Saturday at the Pueblo Chile & Frijoles Festival
We have Vegan and Gluten Free mushroom jerky! We have our OG Spicy Sweet and our Pineapple Green Chili!

MUSHROOM JERKY?!

Come see us at Pueblo Chile & Frijoles Festival this weekend! We will have PINEAPPLE GREEN CHILI JERKY as well as my OG spicy sweet! BOTH are vegan and gluten free. And dare I say it’s better than beef jerky?! Sayyyyy whaaaaa? IT DONT MAKE NO SENSE!

We are gunna have a ton of jerky and lions mane. As well as lions mane tea! We will have our original flavors of Black Vanilla Chai, Green, and Lemon Ginger Mint. BUT we are also adding on Raspberry Hibiscus and PUMPKIN SPICE!

First 100 bag cook in the books. My new barrel boiler kicks ASS had 20 gals of water at a raging boil in about 35 mins. Cooked these bags at 200 degrees for 24 hours. After they cool I’ll spend a whole day in the lab inoculating.

Getting ready for Chile and Frijole Festival in Pueblo September 20-22! I’ll be there all three days! Going to have a TON of mushroom jerky for everyone to buy! Both fully vegan and Gluten free! I’ll have my Original flavor which is kind of a spicy sweet and then I’ll have my Pineapple Mango GREEN CHILI JERKY as well! Can’t wait to see everyone there! It’s gunna be a lot of work! ❤️
