We’ve noticed something pretty amazing lately. More and more parents are walking into our farm store with their tweens, teens, and college students — and the kids are the ones leading the way.

They’re researching raw milk.
They’re learning about grass‑fed, local meat.
They’re digging into real nutrition… and then bringing their families here to see it for themselves.

Watching parents and kids browse the store together — talking about health, food quality, farming, and what really matters — has been one of the best parts of our summer.

Real food is becoming a family conversation again.
And we love being part of it.

We offer the finest quality dairy products to families across New England. Founded in 1732 our generational family farm was built on the fundamental values of honesty and integrity, along with the drive to produce food for the families in our community.

Those same values and beliefs still shape our farm to this day.

While a lot has changed since 1732, there's something that hasn’t; we still milk heritage breed cows that live long happy lives grazing our pastures. Our family farm is dedicated to agriculture for life with educated, experienced farmers who are passionate, compassionate, and hard-working.

Two Harvard Graduate School of Design students — Julia and Wyatt — spent time at our farm working on one of the most delightfully ambitious projects we’ve ever seen: making a chocolate chip cookie completely from scratch.

Not “scratch” like buying flour and butter…
Actual scratch — harvesting wheat for flour, boiling ocean water for salt, and learning every step of what it takes to create real food on a human scale.

As part of their project, they used one gallon of our raw milk, let it settle, skimmed off the cream, and churned it into exactly 100 grams of butter.

From cow → milk → cream → butter → cookie.
That’s the kind of connection to food we love to see.

Julia and Wyatt are documenting the entire journey to show people where food really comes from, and we’re honored to be a small part of their story.

Here’s what they told us after finishing their butter:
“You are all very inspiring — thank you for being part of this project! We’ll let you know when the video is done.”

We can’t wait to share their final film with you.
