This month, we’re celebrating Melanie—one of the friendly, steady presences you’ll often find at our counter.
Before joining our farm store team, Melanie spent years working as a nurse. Her path shifted when she started drinking our raw milk, an experience she describes as a turning point: “I knew then that I wanted to be on this side of health and healing.” That insight led her from clinical care to the kind of everyday wellness she now helps foster here on the farm.
In case you can't tell when you visit us and talk to Melanie, the favorite part of her day is working the counter and checking out customers. She says it best: “We have the best customers.”
When she’s not greeting neighbors with her signature warmth, she’s likely recommending her go‑to product—Oake Knoll Farms’ yogurt—which she loves for its taste, texture, and versatility.
