The chickens love when I mow the lawn. We mostly have Orpingtons. Lavender, Buff, and a lot of Chocolates. None of the chocolates have names because I can’t tell them apart. And they are over in the side yard that I mowed an hour ago. Ethel is following me around to get the best bugs. Lucy and Ethel are our only chickens that are a different breed.

Saturday night’s storm left us with some work to do. Up around the house, just small branches to clean up. This tree is out back. What a mess. The pictures of my tomato plants are too sad to share. Hopefully they recover. Everybody is okay and we will get things cleaned up eventually. Grateful to come thru the storm with nothing serious.
