Happy Urban Agriculture Week!

Stearns was recently recognized in a Framingham Joint City Council and Mayoral Proclamation commemorating Urban Agriculture Week. Urban Agriculture Week is a project of the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) in tandem with their Urban Ag grant funding and technical assistance resources. You can watch Council Leora Mallach, Stearns community member, read out the proclamation at the 7/21/26 City Council meeting recording. We are proud to be recognized alongside our friends at transition_framingham , A Place To Turn , Daniel's Table, Inc , the Metrowest YMCA, 🌻Safiyat | Food Garden Coach & Recipe developer , the Framingham Agricultural Advisory Committee, and others!
