Headline today: "EPA Just Approved New ‘Forever Chemical’ Pesticides for Use on Food". When will we ever learn? While the grocery store seems to be turning into more and more of a minefield of toxicity, you can always be assured that any beef from Franconia Farms is completely free of "forever" or any other type of chemicals. Zero chemicals of any kind are used or permitted on this farm, and they have not been allowed here for more than a decade. The cattle eat nothing other than grass and hay grown organically in our fields and neighboring fields. We don't produce a lot of beef, but we take pride in producing the purest beef available.

UPDATE. THIS SIDE OF BEEF IS SOLD A customer just downgraded his order from a whole beef animal to a half, meaning Franconia Farms unexpectedly has a side of beef (one half animal) available for purchase. This is organically and lovingly raised, 100% grass-fed, Highland beef, raised here in Franconia. The animal goes in to the processor on 10/15. Your beef will be available about 10 days later. You cannot buy more pure or more delicious beef. PM me if interested. SOLD!
