Canning day at IFB 🍺

State64 rolled in from New Hampton Wednesday morning with their mobile canning line and by the afternoon we had 100 cases - or 2,400 cans - filled and packed up.

Yesterday we canned Summer Peach (Peach Blond), Post Pedal (Pale Ale), Ore Hill (Dark Lager), Tramline (American Brown Ale), pHool for Love (Fruited Sour), and Front Five (New England IPA).

Fun fact: many small breweries don’t own canning equipment. brings the entire setup to us, works with our brewer Greg to get everything running, cans the beer onsite, then heads off to the next brewery.

We asked Greg his favorite part of canning day:

“Seeing our beer go into cans that folks can take home and enjoy wherever they like!”
