Weiss, settled and raised a family on the rich abundance of the soil and with God's blessings. The farm has been passed down through the generations and Roger and Joanmarie, the 5th generation of Weisses, still operate the farm with very similar views. Our success is determined by the quality of care we offer to both the land and the animals that are part of the farm. God has blessed us richly and

we hope to continue to produce quality food for generations to come. Our farm is open to the public! The tours will inform visitors on the history of agriculture in our area, as well as offer a chance to see an operating farm up close. Call to schedule a time to visit and see our automated milking system, which we call "Johann" in honor of our ancestor. Johann is a Lely robotic milker, the one of the latest technological advances in dairy farming.

Summer grilling season is here! We have seen a huge demand for local beef, and our freezers are currently low on inventory...but we DO have t-bones, ribeyes, and porterhouse steaks available, as well as lean ground beef for making burgers that won't melt away on the grill! Candied short ribs made in the smoker are sure to be a hit at any summer gathering, as well!

Beef bacon ("Steak'n" 😉) is back in stock, too!

We have a processing appointment toward the end of June, the beef will be packed and ready for pickup shortly after the 4th of July...message for more details on how to reserve a quarter or half and stock your freezer with quality beef.

What a sunset 😍😍 Yesterday's rain showers pushed us out of the fields, but the freshly planted alfalfa and Soybeans really needed that drink!! This cultipacker helps firm up the seed bed around the seeds to help them sprout more uniformly.

It's beginning to look at lot like springtime here on the farm! The sun is shining and warm. We are getting tractors ready to prep the ground and plant, and we opened a new bag of in-shell peanuts to munch on between tasks.
