For all you hunters out there:

We will be open Saturday 8:00-1:00 to accept deer and also 11:00-12:00 on Sunday. We won’t have anything after noon as we will be going out as well, but will be open Monday morning at 8:00am. If you’re hunting Sunday night, be prepared with ice or frozen milk jugs. Also, a friendly reminder, if your deer is in the back of your truck, don’t close your bed cover, it traps all the heat inside.

With the amount of phone calls, messages and even people just stopping in…we figured we’d just let everyone know.

Our beef is local. We buy from the stockyard and local farmers, the beef are then inspected by the USDA. They hang for a couple weeks in our holding cooler, then we cut them for everyone to enjoy. You can buy it directly from us in our retail store, or even buy a quarter, side or whole beef.
