I received professional photos of my “Art & Bloom” arrangement this morning and the judges comments. I am very happy with their feedback and can’t wait to be a part of this wonderful event again. It gets better every year and I can’t wait for 2027!💜

My heirloom daffodils are starting to bloom and I was able to put some into cold storage today!

Most of my favorite flowers are the ones that only bloom for a short time each year… and these are definitely one of them. I was able to significantly expand my patch last year and can’t wait to share more of the years with you in the future!💛

Spring flowers are finally starting to bloom!💛

The weather today feels extra cold after the false spring we just had and the wind was so strong that it blew my farmstand over!🙃

Thankfully, regardless of the weather…all of my plant babies are safely growing away in my basement and looking extra healthy this year!❤️

Spring officially starts next week and even though you might think it’s too early…a lot of these plants will be ready to go in the ground!🌱

Lisianthus are considered the hardest cut flower to grow from seed and I finally managed to sprout some this year!🌱

I still have a Lisi plug order in with but if I can keep these babies alive…it will be nice to know that I grew them 100% myself like most of my flowers!💐

I made it back from visiting family in Europe yesterday and didn’t waste any time getting back to work…after a few naps to beat the jet lag, of course!🤪

Today, I infused liters of olive oil from the owner of
Kossuth Fish Mkt Seafood trees in Sicily and I planted hundreds of flower seeds!🎉

We have lots of snow on the ground right now…but we all know how unpredictable the weather is in NY so planting season is officially in full swing!❤️
