These are just beautiful 😍 we will be adding tomatoes to the stand this weekend. Come by and take a peek!! There is a mixture of sweet 100, Table Cherry's, Orange Chery's, and some Jet Star. As they ripen we will have more and more.

Yesterday was a busy day canning, but it was worth it!

I made:

6 qts. Of Bread n' Butter Pickles
3 qts. Of Dill Pickles
2 qts. Of zucchini Dill Pickles
9 pts. Of Mustard Pickles
28 pts. Of Dilly Beans
7 pts. Of Pickled Carrots
12 pts. Of Dill Zucchini Pickle Chunks
5 pts. Of Beet Pickles

Also blanched 3 pots of fiddleheads 😁

I truly believe we need to support our local small farms when we can. I need to make a batch of pickled beets and until mine come up I bought from another small farm. It might cost a little more, but the work that goes into their product is worth every penny.

If you haven't had the chance to swing into Wild Miller Farm please do!! It's the first time for us, and it's has adorable little greenhouse and farm store. You won't be disappointed!! 😁

We tried something new this year for the stand. Pickled Fiddleheads! Same recipe as my dilly beans 😋 I'm really excited to try these. 🤤 Look for these at Emerald Hill Farmstand soon!!

Look what day it is!!! 😍😋🤤 Zucchini Relish is being made!! Oh my goodness it's so delicious!! I can't wait to have some on a grilled hotdog!!

We have lots of seedlings, Jams, bread and butter pickles, pickled beets, house plants, raspberry plants, blueberry bushes 🫐, hanging baskets, goat milk soap, canvas bags, and more comes out daily as our season gets busy. 😍🥰 Come shop local and support our Emerald Hill Farmstand

We have Bread and Butter Pickles, Pickled Beets, Strawberry, Blueberry, Peach, Triple Berry, Berry Medley, Raspberry Jams. So far!! We will be adding more and more as our season goes!!

Seedlings are doing amazing!! We will have lots to choose from this year! We will have small 4" pots, 6pks, small buckets, large hanging baskets with pickling cucumbers and cherry tomatoes 😋 Im so excited about these!!

It's been a busy week here on the farm!

We have had lots of kids born, 6 total. 5 more pregnant does that will kid in a couple weeks.

We welcomed a litter of 9 flemish kits from Mulberry and Dunkin. Picture's will come tomorrow! 🥰

Eggs are getting candled tomorrow to see what the fertility rate is. We have 5 doz in the incubator!
