Been a good July on canning for my first full year. Green beans, sweet corn, jalapeños, hot banana peppers, tomato juice. Also froze some sweet corn on the cob, green beans and cabbage. Also had buddy processed. He gace us a nice 585lbs of beef. Will have a hog processed at the end of September. All in all a pretty good first full year on the homestead.

Got a lottle canning done today. That will be enough pickles and jalapeños for the year. Happy Tuesday y’all.
