It's , and we're coming through with some tips to help you relax and reduce stress!
1 - Exercise! But wait! Doesn't exercise elevate your heart rate? How does that reduce stress?? Exercise helps release endorphins in the brain, relaxes the muscles, and relieves tension. Plus, by shaking up your routine (and your body) you're putting yourself in a situation where your focus CAN'T be on your stressors, instead focusing on the workout! You don't have to go anywhere to meditate either. YouTube is FILLED with amazing guided meditations for all your needs! Whether it be at amazing yoga studios in Frankfort like My Old Kentucky OM Yoga Center, or a quick 10 Minute Yoga sesh on YouTube, Yoga is an amazing way to regulate your nervous system and stretch those muscles.
