For anyone who has tried it...will be starting a couple batches of the Chocolate Raspberry Port soon...should be ready for consumption around March. For those who have not...you just have to!

Busy day at PJ Cellars...racking off 4 wines for clarifying and bottling the Sauvignon Blanc & Strawberry White Merlot! Inventory is growing quite nicely & looking good in the newly built (but unfinished) wine cellar!

Another busy weekend in the Cellar...bottling the Merlot & Sicilian Nero d'Avalo, moved Pinot Noir & Strawberry White Merlot to secondary fermentation, starting Chardonnay! And for anyone interested...the Chocolate Raspberry Port is simply amazing!

Napa Valley Merlot
Sicilian Nero d'Avalo
Pinot Noir

white...
Pinot Grigio
Sauvignon Blanc

other..
Pomegranate Zinfandel
Choc. Rasp. Port

so the the toss up is between a Cab blend (red) or maybe a Chardonay (white)...help us decide
