BACK ON TAP AT THE PUB

One String Puppet—Thiolized Hazy IPA
7% ABV | 36 IBU
A bright, aromatic Hazy IPA dangling somewhere between tropical fruit stand and hop-fueled lucid dreaming. Calypso, Citra, Dolcita & Nelson Sauvin hops combine with thiolized yeast to unlock expressive notes of passion fruit, gooseberry, guava, and citrus zest.

The Hat Dept. (Wink, Wink)—Pilsner
5.25% ABV | 29 IBU
Brewed within Stormcloud’s “Belgian-inspired” ethos: a traditionally non-traditional Pilsner. Starting with a classic Pilsner recipe, we veered left from there—using Triskel hops from France, a bit of modern Citra, and a light touch of lemon zest for a bright, dry finish making this beer a snappy summer crusher.
