Those bananas on the counter are not getting any younger, y'all.

Smells like banana bread weather in this farmhouse kitchen.

What is baking in your kitchen this week?

Morning visitors at the farm.

Caught this one on the night camera out front. Not everyone gets deer in their front yard, huh.

What's the coolest animal you've spotted in your yard?

Throwback to this basket of garden gold, y'all. Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, big slicers, all from our own Kentucky dirt. Days like this are why I put up with the weeds and the sweat, sugar. What is your garden giving you right now? I want to see your harvest!

Comment RECIPE below and I will send the recipe straight to your DMs, y'all.

I can taste the cucumber salsa now just thinking about it.

As the summer garden winds down, we are about to plant the fall crops, y'all. More cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers going in, along with garlic and herbs. Fall gardeners, what are you planting this season? I need ideas.

If my kitchen caught fire I'd grab the kids first and this skillet second. Do not test me on that order. This Lodge is hands down the hardest working pan I own. Pre-seasoned, made in the USA, goes from stovetop to oven like it ain't no thing, and it just keeps getting better every year. If you only own one skillet, make it this one. What's the first thing you're cooking in yours?

Every fall I swear I'm gonna be the organized canning queen, and every fall I'm digging through junk drawers with a hot jar in one hand. Not this year, y'all. This little 6 piece kit keeps my funnel, tongs, and jar lifter all in one spot on the counter, and I am obsessed. If you've been saying "I'm gonna learn to can" for three years now, consider this your sign, sugar. So tell me, are you team jams or team pickles?

As soon as you walk in, where does your bounty go? Mine usually stays in the basket for half a day 🤣
