Honored to sponsor tonight’s Frankfort Chamber of Commerce concert. Thank you to everyone who came out and to the Chamber for organizing another great community event. Being involved in our communities is one of the best parts of being a local McDonald’s owner/operator. FrankfortChamber SupportLocal Illinois CommunityEvent

Ever wonder what's inside a McDonald's garage? Most people don't even know some restaurants have one. Here's a look at what we keep in ours.

I stopped by our Oak Forest McDonald's to grade the drive-thru experience just like any other customer. No warning, no special treatment—just an honest look at the experience our guests receive every day.

My goal with these videos is simple: celebrate what's going well and identify what needs improvement. If you've visited our Oak Forest location recently, I'd love to hear about your experience in the comments.

Another drive thru visit at our Pontiac McDonald's. I stop by regularly to see the restaurant from the customer's perspective and look for ways we can improve. Every visit is a chance to learn something and make the experience better for our guests.

Today I'm grading the drive thru at our New Lenox, IL McDonald's location.

I evaluate every visit on:
🍟 Food Quality
⏱️ Speed
😊 Friendliness
✅ Accuracy
🏆 Overall Experience

The goal isn't perfection. It's identifying what we're doing well and where we need to improve. Let's see how this location does.

One of the best parts of owning local McDonald's restaurants is being able to support organizations that make a difference in our communities. Thank you to Transition Timberwolves for this thoughtful thank you and for allowing us to be part of your fundraiser. Congratulations on a great event, and thank you to everyone who came out to support it. 🍎💛🍟
