A little behind the scenes look from Williams Honey Bees
Modern technology is great. We can send private messages, text messages, phone calls, Instagram, emails, orders through our website etc. Multiplied by two business partners, a husband and wife. (Cortney and I) There are something like 11 or 12 different ways people contact us to place orders. We are blessed! We are also two tired parents, to two highly active high school kids and we all run 4 different directions with our minds going a dozen different places. If we respond to your facebook comment or private message with, "shoot me an email", we aren't trying to be difficult, we are trying to make sure that you the customer get the products you need! Sometimes you'll get an email reply from Dan and sometimes Cort. It just depends on the day of the week and who has a moment that day or night. We work very closely as a team, often yelling/calling/texting at one another, "queen order in email" or "honey order in email", so and so needs a reply by end of day. We each have our job duties yet we both tag team certain tasks, like orders. Often the end of the day is 10 or 11 at night when we make it to the computer to work on those emails, by then the communications from the day are a blur. Now who called? What did they say they wanted? Ahh!!! They sent me an email! Thank you!!!!
