Matthew 9:37–38

“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

For our team at EverTrue Ag, this verse speaks deeply to the rhythm of agriculture and the greater calling that mirrors it. Just as farmers step into fields ready for harvest, there is also a spiritual harvest that is abundant, with a need for faithful laborers willing to step forward.

Both require patience, faithfulness, and a willingness to work even when the outcome isn’t immediate. In agriculture, seeds are planted long before the harvest is seen. In the Gospel, seeds of truth are sown in hearts with trust that God brings the growth in His timing.

Whether tending soil or sharing the message of Christ, the call is the same: show up, be faithful, and trust the Lord of the harvest with what comes next.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that understands both kinds of labor—and the eternal impact found in faithful work. 🌾
