We dropped off 2 angus cross beef last week and have one HALF beef available for purchase. So it would be delivered next week some time. Custom cut so we can work that out with you to help get what you want!

Another great weekend in the books. Took the kids on a “hike” this morning. Mama Bear calls it “scouting for deer”… 🙄

Got beef ready to head to the butcher. We got the square bales in the barn. Weaned some calves.

Lots of stuff flying around too about imported beef. Regardless of what you believe or try and do - we do carry and sell ground beef, beef bundles, 1/4 and half and whole beef. We sell you the same beef we sell on our Food Trucks. And Things took off over the last 10 days with folks trying to buy local which we love and appreciate. Let us know if we can help.

We had a great day today. Started with a school drop off for the twins. Then our big crew headed west for the State Fair! Watched some critters, ate some junk, then ran home to load up hay then straight to the ball field and cross country course to wrap up the evening.

🚨 From 8:30-12 we be at Franklin County Farmers Market with our locally famous, locally raised sausage and chorizo sandwiches 🥪 plus for lunch we rolling out our burgers!! We got fresh salsa made with market maters if you wanna take home some pulled pork or brisket nachos!! And of course we will have beef for sale…

THEN tomorrow night (8/22) we taking the big rig out to Bagdad Farmers Market for their concert series starting at 6P! Burgers - WINGS - brisket - hand cut fries - and more! Plus we will have a bunch of dole whip push pops for a sweet treat.

Also we still have lots of Frankfort raised-grass fed ground beef, cube steak, ribeyes, strips, and other cuts in stock at the moment.

🚨 If you are looking for feeder calves to raise we will have them ready mid-September to October. No heifers this fall only bulls and steers (blacks,reds, and Scottish)
