Another fun little discovery inside the Greyline Station, was Chef Li's Private Kitchen at The Market Kitchen

We had never tried an empanada before, so naturally our attitude was basically: “Well… guess we better Put It In Our Mouth.” 😅

We split the Philly Cheesesteak empanada of the month, and honestly? Really good. The crust reminded me of a pot pie crust somehow soft and crunchy at the same time and cooked perfectly. The filling was cheesy, savory, and packed way more flavor than I expected from something this simple.

Now let’s talk about the red marker line across it. 😂 I had NO idea edible markers were a thing for labeling pre-made food, so when I first saw it I was immediately like “…can I get one without marker on it?” Turns out it’s completely normal and edible. I’m still not fully convinced “edible” means “I want to snack on Sharpie seasoning,” but now I know. Next time I’ll probably just pinch that little part off and keep rolling. 🤣

Definitely something we’d grab again.

Fizzy Fox had been on our wish list for a while, and we finally made it happen… but we had no idea it was inside Greyline Station, Lexington KY, which ended up being a really cool surprise. 😅

Greyline Station is an old bus depot turned into a fun community space with shops, food vendors, events, and local businesses all under one roof. We missed the farmers market, but still had a blast exploring everything.

The biggest unexpected surprise was running into a group of people with really extravagant furry costumes, and they were all incredibly sweet to our daughter and let her jump in for pictures. She was SO excited. 🦊✨

And Fizzy Fox absolutely lived up to the hype. Great drinks, fun atmosphere, awesome merch, and really good prices. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Lexington if you want somewhere fun to sip, shop, and explore.

Chick-fil-A finally brought back the Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich and listen… some of us have been thinking about this sandwich since the day it disappeared. 🔥🍯🐔

We made a late night run right before closing. I went grilled to keep the calories a little friendlier, hubby went original because crispy chicken still runs this household. 😂 Both versions were absolutely delicious.

Even our son got one earlier in the day, so that’s at least three sold from this family alone on day one. Honestly, I’d love to know how many Honey Pepper Pimento sandwiches Chick-fil-A sold on the first day of the re-release. 🔥

Creamy marshmallow, white chocolate, and smooth coffee all working together like they signed a peace treaty for your taste buds. Sweet without being over the top and dangerously easy to Put In Your Mouth. 😏

The Ultimate Feast with lobster tail, crab legs, Walt’s shrimp, and shrimp scampi with mashed potatoes and broccoli… plus chicken parm with fries, lobster bisque, and a Caesar salad. 🦞😏

It had been a while since we’d been to Red Lobster and it was definitely delicious. We were seated super quickly, our server Keana was great, and the biscuits still absolutely hit the spot. 😂
