Easy Rice recipe!

1 tbs butter
2 tbs vermicelli
1 cup of rice
2 cup of rice
2 tsb salt

Melt tye butter and gently fry ye vermicelli untill looks nice and brown , add rice and gently fry it few minutes than add salt and 2 cups of water .

You can add cold or hot water depending on how quock ypu want the rice to cook - ready to eat .

When the water start boiling put the lid on and turn the heat down to lowest point .

After 5 minutes turn it off then let it sit another 5 min so rice will soak all the water .

Optional -

Cheap peas - green peas

Ronce and add the chickpeas- peas over the rice after 5 minutes turn of cooking .
