The wallpaper in Sojourner was not chosen, it was created. Every detail is custom designed and features flora and fauna native to Middle Tennessee. But there is a deeper story behind it. When Southall was built, one of our most meaningful initiatives was reintroducing native plants to land where they had long been lost. That effort stabilized our soil, improved water retention, and became the pollination foundation of our entire bee and honey program. By restoring these native plant communities, we also welcomed back animals that simply had nowhere else to go. What lines the walls of Sojourner is not just art, it is a quiet tribute to the land we have worked to restore.

An evening on the farm, from the first sip to the last course. The Farm Supper, on June 17, takes you through the kitchen garden, into the production fields, and up to the hilltop for a four-course dinner as the sun sets over Southall. Every menu is a reflection of exactly what the farm is producing at that moment, with no two dinners being the same. Two more evenings follow on July 22 and September 16, each one entirely its own.⁠
