To my firstborn,

Twenty-three years ago, at 9lbs. 22.5 inches long... you entered this world and forever changed mine. From the very first moment I held you, I knew my heart would never be the same...you made me a mom, and you became my greatest gift!!!

You have always carried a strength that inspires me. Even in the hardest moments... you’ve faced life with courage and determination, showing me what resilience truly looks like. Your humor is a light...you make the world brighter with your laughter, and you remind me not to take life too seriously! And your determination… it amazes me. You set your mind to something, and you move toward it with a fire that cannot be dimmed.

At 23, I see in you...a man of character, compassion, and courage. You are everything I ever dreamed my son would be, and so much more. I am endlessly proud of who you are and who you are becoming. I know Pops is too!
