Job Title: Grocery Store Team Members (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Location: T&K Markets,LLC Franklin, WV

About Us:
Friendly neighborhood grocery store committed to great service, fresh products, and a positive team environment.
Positions Available:
Full-Time Team Member (varied shifts, includes weekends)
Part-Time Team Member (flexible hours, including evenings/weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent service
Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays
Operate cash register/point-of-sale accurately
Bag groceries and assist customers to carts as needed
Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
Receive and unpack deliveries; check inventory and label items
Assist in produce/deli/bakery/checkout as assigned
Follow loss-prevention and safety procedures

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior retail/grocery experience helpful but not required
Reliable, punctual, and able to work standing for long periods
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform basic physical tasks
Good communication and customer-service skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Must be 18+ for some positions (state-dependent)
