Austin, our miniature spotted male (intact) donkey is still the sweetest baby and is adjusting well to life on the farm. He loves lots of loves, cuddles, and being brushed. We will be ready to move on to his own farm in October 2024. We will be taking deposits next month!

Little Jimmy Dickens will soon be looking for greener pastures! He is a 6 month old red/blonde (some brindling noted around his eyes) mid sized highland bull calf. We started halter training and grooming him today and he did excellent! Pictures and videos are from today.

It’s time to get back on the halters for Patsy & Loretta and it’s the first halter day for Little Jimmy Dickens! Little Jimmy Dickens is a red midsized highland bull, he is 6 months old and ready for greener pasture’s. We will be posting more pictures soon!

We have some exciting news on the Homestead! Lonestar Annie brought this handsome fella into the world on 1.24.24! We are thrilled— and relieved that our first baby is finally here! We think he needs an extra special name being the first farm baby, would you all help us with that? Per tradition, all of our cows are named after country music singers— however, this little fella will one day move on to another herd to have his own group of ladies so we are open to any name! Drop your name suggestion in the comments below!
