Cheesecakes by John In 2009 I had the blessing of working at Sheas Express/Complete Catering. I became Huntsville's only "made from scratch" baker. Cheesecakes became my hobby.

I was trained by owner Cynthia Hart and Chef Doug, former understudy of Emeril Legasse, chef on Delta Queen, and chef at Ritz Carlton in Atl. I married my beautiful wife and moved to Franklin Tn and brought my love for cooking and baking with me. I am a youth minister and going to school fulltime and hope to help fund school with my love for baking. If you would love to order, give me a call! I promise, you will enjoy!
