When a 4 year old asks his mom for a “pumpkin- shaped cake” with ghosts and bats, she called Cray’s Confections — once again.

2 Bundt pans — vanilla cakes — with 1 being inverted, made the piping result in a 3 dimensional pumpkin for this little fella.

We found edible Halloween pieces that mommy loved and approved to go over the top of the cake.

And of course, we researched and found out that Tootsie Rolls can be melted and shaped to form a real, life pumpkin stem.

Our customers are truly the best as with each story board, we continue to grow in our techniques.

Our fall orders are going out the door !

Mommy’s German Chocolate cake with her coconut pecan icing — can’t be beat !

We make it on the stove just like she did and paired with our chocolate buttercream, it’s a dessert that so many enjoy.

A special wedding with amazing fall breads and a gorgeous cake — will be tomorrow for us , so please know we’ve sent emails for pick ups/ times through Monday.

As our customers know we bake fresh and never freeze , so we have a full 12 hour bake ahead of us this evening.

We will get story boards out to our customers — that are waiting for our reply— early next week.

Thank you for your patience and we look forward to speaking with you soon.

You only turn ONE , once 👑.

This mommy wanted to capture their little “princess” with this adorable , jewel design.

Once again, this story board was chosen and templates were sent to us —to create this 3 layered cake for the guests and an adorable, smaller version — for the princess’s smash cake. (2 layers / 6”).

We had some little crowns in stock , so we just had to suggest one as an add on to the order.

We sent a message to mommy that we could glue a matching pink jewel in the center of this little one’s crown.

Mommy agreed and said , “I love it!”

Each order is unique, never frozen and what brings us such joy is making sure we do all of our orders as if they were for our own families.

Why?

Our customers become family !!!

We just can’t believe how many continue to order from us —for all of their dessert needs.

A three layered , devils food cake , heart shaped for this special 18 year old.

She and her mom designed her story board from start to finish.

Our customers are truly the BEST!

Our chocolate buttercream between each layer and our buttercream around the sides and top, to allow us to fit in 18 leopard spots !

Edible kisses all around and tons of gold glitter dust and sprinkles.

With each story board , we continue to be so thankful and feel so blessed 😇🐆💋

For this southern belle turning 94 today, her niece wanted a small, strawberry cake and left the details to us.

We went to work.

Of course we chose a basket weave design with her favorite color of pink tulips.

This delivery will last a life time inside of my heart.

Blanche is truly a southern belle and her sharing some of her life’s greatest memories with me at drop off, was the icing on the cake 💕 to end another busy day at Cray’s .

Blanche was so touched that her niece (in Florida) didn’t miss wishing her well with this basket full of our buttercream tulips being dropped off at her door, so she could savor of piece of her special dessert, before bedtime.

We can’t wait until next year and her 95th —to do another order with love for her.

She may already be on our list for a Christmas— variety tray. 🎅🎄🦌🎁

Mommy’s carrot cake and our scrumptious buttercream — already going out the door for gatherings.

Remember , we can do any size cake for your number of guests/ friends and our cupcakes can be regular size or our bite sized — Baby Cray’s 🥕!!

Our fall menu items are endless with your choice of our breads, candies, cookies, and our best seller : our variety trays !

Once again an adorable 4th birthday celebration for us💕

This mommy knew exactly what style of cake she wanted (first 2 pictures— she sent us — in the REEL).

She wanted both the balloon and KPOP toppers to make her little girls’ birthday extra special.

We went to work.

A 4 layer vanilla cake with the birthday girls’ favorite colors. We made sure to include our buttercream in between the layers with the colors mommy chose.

It’s always the extra details that we enjoy most with each, unique order.

24 cupcakes 12/12 split (chocolate / vanilla) with the matching theme cupcake toppers.

At pick up, when mommy said our finished cake looked just like the pictures she sent us, our hearts smiled.

Booking now for fall orders and truly, the BEST is yet to come !

One of our possible services, that has and continued to organically grow for your orders, is our staging items. 🍽️

We have acquired over 1k pieces and counting — of numerous table clothes, linens, flowers, vases, centerpieces, vases, plates, background drops, photo booth items , etc….

Why?

When our customers complete their event, so many are calling us afterwards — to drop off what they’ve painstaking picked out, to allow us to use for our clientele.

This kind gesture has been amazing !!!

Whatever color scheme / theme you’re having, before you go and spend time and money on the serving trays, cupcake stands , linens and clothes, etc… please mention this possible need — for your event— when booking with us.

At a fraction of the cost, we can pack anything and everything you need for your decorating, from us— to be returned when your event is finished.

We will have a wedding arch soon,that also will be available .

The true blessing is when someone chooses an exact story board from another customer’s order and we have on hand, the items they used to decorate their dessert tables 🤗👩‍🍳

We truly are pivoting towards being a one stop shop for all of your dessert needs. 😇
