Our family works year round raising delicious beef for your family!

What makes our beef special? The FLAVOR a truly local product creates!

Our steers are bred, born, raised and finished right here in Simpson County, Kentucky! The steers stay on pasture their entire lives and are finished with corn grown right here on our farm or other farms here in the county.

The cattle are processed just 40 miles away in Hartsville, Tennessee at a USDA inspected facility so you can guarantee the beef is safe for you and your family.

Want to give our beef a try or need to restock your freezers? Good news - The Beef Barn is OPEN every Sunday from 12-3 or you can schedule an appointment for another time during the week! We are fully stocked with steaks, roasts, ground beef, brats, ribs, briskets and more!

At Lake Spring Beef and Cattle Co. we are committed to raising high quality, locally focused, Angus beef. Our steers are bred, born, raised, and finished in Simpson County, Kentucky and are are raised on lush pastures. They are finished on grain while being pastured to add the delicious flavor that only corn can give to beef. Beef will be sold in wholes, halves, and quarters and the first steers will be ready for processing in Spring 2020! Contact us now to be on the waiting list!
