Fox's Pizza Den in Franklin is looking for dependable, hard-working people to join our team. Whether you already have restaurant experience or this is something new for you, we're willing to train the right person.

Starting pay is $10–$11/hour for most adult new hires, based on experience, with opportunities for raises as you complete training, learn additional positions, and demonstrate strong attendance and performance. Experienced team members and employees who take on additional responsibilities can earn up to $15/hour.

What you'll do:

You'll learn to prepare pizzas, hoagies, wedgies and other menu items; complete food prep; help customers; keep your work area clean and stocked; and work with the rest of the team to keep things moving when we're busy.

What we're really looking for:

• You show up when you're scheduled.
• You're willing to learn.
• You work with a sense of urgency.
• You take pride in doing things correctly.
• You help your coworkers instead of saying, “That's not my job.”
• You can accept coaching and learn from mistakes.

Restaurant experience is helpful, but it is NOT required. Dependability and attitude matter more to us.

Evening and weekend availability is important, but we work with our employees to build schedules that work for both the employee and the business.

We’re looking for the right person to join our Franklin team — not just someone looking to pick up a few hours.

This is a full-time kitchen position with the opportunity to grow into a Shift Leader/Keyholder role.

We’re looking for someone who:

🍕 Is dependable — if you’re scheduled, we need you here
🍕 Can work in a fast-paced kitchen and stay calm when we get slammed
🍕 Is willing to learn all areas of the kitchen
🍕 Can take initiative without waiting to be told every little thing
🍕 Works well with both teenagers and adults
🍕 Can communicate with customers and coworkers
🍕 Is willing to work evenings and weekends
🍕 Wants responsibility and the opportunity to move into leadership

Restaurant experience is definitely a plus, but the right attitude, work ethic and dependability matter even more.

We can teach you how we do things at Fox’s. We can’t teach you to care about doing a good job.

This is not a position where you’ll be thrown the keys on your first day. You’ll work alongside experienced employees, learn our operation and earn additional responsibility as you're ready for it.

Approximately 30–40 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours.
