Sorry we were unable to attend the Market this week we lost all of our 3 day Fermentation Sourdough due to Oven Problems. We kept losing gas pressure and the ovens would shut down before the Bread was finished baking. It would collapse in the pans. Thanks to the Smyrna Gas Company employees the Ovens are up and performing as they should! See'ya next week. We didn't have anything to bring to the Market we had run out of time!
