Join us for Beef, Beer & Bourbon: A Father’s Day Experience with the Butcher & the Chef at The Franklin Butchery.

This exclusive evening is designed for steak lovers who want to go beyond the dinner table and discover what makes dry-aged beef one of the most sought-after culinary experiences in America.

Watch as our butcher and chef guide you through the dry-aging process and break down three variously aged steaks for guests to taste and enjoy. Along the way, you’ll learn how aging transforms flavor, texture, and character while enjoying appetizers, sides, beer, and bourbon.

Whether you’re treating Dad or attending together, this is an experience you won’t find anywhere else in Franklin.
