There’s a whole lot of work that happens behind the blooms that never makes it to Instagram.

From building and repairing, to tilling, hauling, moving heavy things, fixing whatever needs fixing, and somehow always being willing to take on the next farm project… I’m incredibly grateful for the man behind so much of what happens here at Bee Sweet Flower Farm.

This farm may be filled with flowers, but it takes a whole lot of muscle, sweat, problem-solving, and hard work to keep it growing. And I couldn’t do it without him.

And when he’s not helping me make this flower farm happen, he’s busy building something of his own, custom cowboy boots, one pair at a time.

Sometimes the best things at the farm happen when our two worlds collide.

This week’s Field to Vase is a little different and a whole lot more us. Flowers, handmade boots, Texas summers, and the creativity that goes into building this little farm together.

We’re returning to the flower farm this fall and we can’t wait to welcome you back.

Starting September 1, the U-Pick field is open again Tuesdays & Saturdays, 9AM–3PM, with a whole new season of blooms waiting to be picked. 🌻

And that’s just the beginning…

Sometimes the prettiest arrangements start with something you already have.

I love finding unexpected containers and giving them a second life with flowers. There’s something about the mix of rustic, industrial, vintage, and colorful that makes an arrangement feel collected rather than perfectly coordinated.

And that’s one of my favorite things about growing flowers. There are no two days exactly alike, and there are endless ways to bring them into your home.

Our Fall U-Pick opens September 1st, and I can’t wait to see what YOU create with all those beautiful fall blooms!
