Hello everyone! Just wanted to let all our new followers know a little bit about us. We grow Angus and Angus cross breeds and American Wagyu. American Wagyu is a cross between Japanese Wagyu and American beef. We grow our steers out on pasture and Non GMO feed. We offer wholes and halves (currently a waiting list for Spring) and retail cuts, which we a very low on stock. We have a little store front in Centralhatchee, GA. In the store front we carry a few little things to go along with our beef. Because we are so low in beef I’ve not been doing regular store hours but if you’ll message me we can work out a time for you to come by. We will also be at Beef Fest at the Ag Center in Carrollton, GA on October 17th from 10:00-2:00. Please reach out if you have any questions and I’ll be happy to help!

Had dinner last night with family and friends! We made these beef kabobs with our Angus beef. Served with a side of smoked Gouda grits, plus a few other things but it wouldn’t all fit on the plate. So delicious 🤤 I may be a little biased, but buying local, knowing your farmer and how your food is grown, makes a huge difference!!
