Had dinner last night with family and friends! We made these beef kabobs with our Angus beef. Served with a side of smoked Gouda grits, plus a few other things but it wouldn’t all fit on the plate. So delicious 🤤 I may be a little biased, but buying local, knowing your farmer and how your food is grown, makes a huge difference!!

Seen this quote by Will Rogers and boy is it the truth. Markets go up, markets go down, drought one year and too much rain the next, we battle weather conditions, market fluctuations, insects and critters that cause crop damage, high prices on seeds, fertilizer, and other inputs to grow the crops. With little to no return on investment, yet we still plant, fertilize, harvest, breed and pray because we have hope, and a passion for what we do. We don’t know what the future holds but we know who holds the future!!

These two have been together since birth but they are from two different bloodlines. As long as there are no ladies near by in heat they are the best of friends. They are both registered Akuashi Wagyu bulls. So these two are the bulls behind our 50/50 Wagyu Angus crosses. We have started feeding out our first 50/50 cross steers 🤩.
