As an Agriculturalist and an American these beliefs still ring true. The FFA Motto and FFA Creed are so important to All, not just Agriculuralist. I have them posted in my office, and think back to them when I get a little discouraged.
My niece reminded me of this yesterday when she sent me a picture of the FFA Crest that she made yesterday. So proud of her, and I know she will take these values to heart. 💙💛

Happy Easter!

32 Years and counting of our annual Father/Daughter Sardis, MS Crappie fishing trip.

We did have a slow start today. Had to change a tire on the boat trailer on the way down this morning (not the first time). So, it was about 5pm before we even got put in this afternoon. 🎣

Tomato 🍅 Tips Time ⏰!

Tomatoes 🍅 are the #1 vegetable that every gardener 👩‍🌾🧑‍🌾 loves to plant in their home vegetable garden. Here are some quick tips for planting tomatoes in the garden.

🍅 Set tomato transplants deeper in the ground to promote a deep root system.
🍅 Space tomato plants 24 to 36 inches all the way around them to allow for them to fully grow and mature.
🍅 Use a starter fertilizer when transplanting them in the soil.
