Lady Grays will be at the Go Texan banquet on Saturday August 22 in Kurten Texas @ the Community Center from 5:30pm until 10pm.

We will have a small selection of our homegrown canned goods. If you are attending the banquet we will see you there!

If you would like kolaches you can pre-order for pick-up. Just shoot me a private message.

Lady Grays will be at Buffalo Trade Days indoor market tomorrow, Saturday August 15th from 10am to 5pm. Stop by for some kolaches, pickles, salsa, cowboy candy, chow chow, pickled okra and more. We will have six kolache flavors to choose from. Lemon, cream cheese, strawberry, cherry, blueberry, and apricot!

Lady Grays has a new pickled mushroom flavor.
Garlic Dill Horseradish!
If you like the heat. These are the mushrooms for you! I only made a couple of cases to make sure they would be good. Get them while you can!

It’s pesto making day! Not sure how many half pints I will end up with yet? The first batch is being made with pine nuts. Next will be walnut or pecan. $5.00 for a half pint. Let me know if you want some.
