Attention Photographers:
It’s that time of year when we start getting inquiries about using the farm for Christmas sessions. Below is the information for the 2026 season.
-We have availability weekends from now up to and including November 21st & 22nd. Some weekdays are also available, including Teacher’s Convention and Columbus Day. We do NOT take bookings on weekends during our season as we are open for business.
-Cost is $250 for a full day (8 am - 4 pm) and $150 for a half day [morning (8 am - 11:30 pm), afternoon (12:30 pm - 4 pm)]* with full payment due one week before the scheduled session.
*Photographers may use a half hour before & after each session for set up & clean up only.
-A $50 retainer, payable in cash or through Venmo, is required for each date booked. These fees will go toward the final amount due for each session. The retainer is nonrefundable if booking is cancelled.
-Large props/sets, including vehicles, sofas, mantles, etc. cannot be accommodated on our farm.
-Friendly, trained dogs are welcome but MUST be leashed at all times as we have goats and free range chickens.
Note: All remaining sessions will be canceled on the spot if any issues arise from uncontrolled dogs.
-If you are new to the farm, we prefer you come to visit the farm before booking so you know the layout for photos and parking.
-A map for parking and information to share with clients will be provided before your scheduled session(s).
