You’ll need: Tenderloin Tornados, baby potatoes, green beans, butter, garlic, and your favorite steak seasoning.

Cut the baby potatoes into small pieces and microwave them for a few minutes to give them a head start. Season the Tornados, then sear them in a hot skillet. Add the potatoes and green beans around the beef with a little butter and garlic, and cook until the vegetables are tender and the beef reaches 145°F, followed by a 3-minute rest.

Directions: Pat the Tornados dry and season generously. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the meat on both sides. Lower the heat, then add the butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and herbs. Spoon the garlic butter over the Tornados as they finish cooking. Cook beef to a safe internal temperature; USDA guidance recommends 145°F with a 3-minute rest for whole cuts of beef.

Serve with roasted potatoes, green beans, or your favorite fall vegetables. 🥔🍂

Quick • Easy • One Skillet • Big Flavor!

Ingredients: 1½–2 lbs bottom round steak cut into bite-size pieces, 2 tablespoons butter, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, your favorite steak seasoning, ½ teaspoon onion powder, and chopped parsley if desired.

Directions: Cut the steak into small pieces and pat them dry, then season well. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak bites in batches so they brown instead of steam. Reduce the heat and add butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder. Toss everything together until coated in that garlicky butter. Cook beef to a safe internal temperature; USDA guidance for whole cuts is 145°F followed by a 3-minute rest.
