It’s Christmas cookie time πŸ‘πŸ‘

Testing out some of my new concoctions before I embark on massive baking sessions this week and next.

Sean asked, and I came through with a winner tonight πŸ™ŒπŸ½

I finally finished developing my ginger spice cookie recipe… and watching Sean’s eyes roll to the back of his head as he took the first bite, of the first batch, straight out of the oven… was such sweet satisfaction.

Don’t be fooled by the grease on the parchment paper. These babies are light and airy in the middle, just the right amount of chewy, and crispy around the edges.

☝🏽I make a mean elk bone broth

It serves as the base for a plethora of soup & stew recipes that I’ve meticulously developed over the last few years… including my ramen & pho.

And it is powerful medicine that I use to nurse our guts and banish our illnesses all year long.

If anyone in Grand County Colorado is interested in acquiring some of my cauldron brew, pm me. I’ll sell you a quart, a gallon, whatever amount you need.

We kill, honor (thru ceremony) & harvest the elk ourselves on our prop outside Fraser, CO. Every batch of my broth is consciously created ~ , & πŸ’œ
