From tailgating outside The Big House to serving burgers inside it.

Today, we’re looking back to when the Fairway Packing team, friends and family came together for a Michigan game day and a tailgate we won’t forget.

Fast forward to today, and things have come full circle. Fairway Packing burgers are now being served across the concessions at Michigan Stadium for fans to enjoy all season long. 🍔🏟️

What started as a day spent together as fans has turned into an opportunity to be part of the game day experience — and that makes this one pretty special for our entire Fairway family.

Here’s to football season, great burgers and plenty more Saturdays in Ann Arbor.

Fairway Packing is making headlines at The Big House. 📰🏈🍔

Following the recent Detroit Free Press feature, we’re proud to share a closer look at Fairway Packing’s growing presence inside Michigan Stadium for the upcoming football season.

Our custom-blend burgers will now be served across concession stands throughout The Big House, bringing Fairway quality to more than 100,000 Michigan fans on game day.

Keep an eye out for additional Fairway Packing steak offerings throughout the stadium this season.

After sharing our reel earlier this week, we wanted to give you another look inside their visit to Fairway Packing.

It was a pleasure welcoming the entire National Coney Island leadership team to our facility, showing them more of what happens behind-the-scenes, and spending time with a longtime partner that has been part of the Metro Detroit food scene for decades.

With the Woodward Dream Cruise coming up this weekend, we’re looking back to the burger order from 2016—and comparing it to what looks like today.

A lot can change in 10 years. The technology changes. The equipment changes. The industry changes.

But one thing never will: our commitment to making great burgers.

And behind all those burgers is our very own Captain of the Burger Line, Steve Cichocki . Thank you, Steve, for years of incredible work, dedication, and for helping Fairway feed people across Michigan and around the country.
